Join the Senior Adults of Cornerstone Church for a 5 day/4 night tour of the "Music Show Capital of the World" during the beauty of the Fall Foliage.
Meet at Southwest Airlines counter at San Antonio Int’l Airport at 7:15 AM, Oct. 4 for 9:10 AM departure. We will fly to Little Rock, Ark., board our motorcoach and make our way through the beautiful Ozark mountains to Branson, Missouri, where we will enjoy some of the best live music shows.
Tuesday, Oct 4- Fly/travel to Branson. This evening we will enjoy dinner at the Docker’s Restaurant then NBC’s ‘America’s Got Talent’ finalists, THE DUTTONS. The Duttons are an incredibly talented family that put on a show you don’t want to miss.
Wednesday, Oct 5- You may sleep late this morning, have breakfast in the hotel, then prepare for a beautiful cruise on Lake Tanycomo with lunch & exciting show on the SHOWBOAT BRANSON BELLE. Dinner will be at Bob Evans Restaurant. This evening we will enjoy the golden voice of ANDY WILLIAMS which is sure to bring back wonderful memories. Andy still performs in all his shows.
Thursday, Oct 6- Deluxe continental breakfast in our hotel each morning before the day’s activities. Today we are off to the charming Old Branson for shopping in the 5c & 10c Store, a taste of ice cream or a stop at the antique stores. Lunch will be at the Grand Country Buffet where you can choose from five scatter bars, including the ice cream sundae bar and bakery fresh breads. Then it’s off to the HAYGOOD FAMILY SHOW. The Haygoods are formerly from Boerne and have made a great impact in the entertainment world in Branson with their high impact performances.
Dinner this evening will be at Shorty Small’s before enjoying NOAH - the Musical, a Sight & Sound classic and a favorite of young and old alike. Noah and his family endure persecutions and ridicule to obey the call of God and build an Ark. You’ll feel like you are sitting right inside the large floating vessel, surrounded by hundreds of live and animatronic animals of every color, shape and size. Noah - the Musical is an inspiring and timely message of hope.
Friday, Oct 7- This morning we have free time to visit one of the Outlet Malls, stroll on Hwy. 76 Strip or sleep late. You are going to love the Hard Luck Diner for lunch. This 1950’s era diner is home to talented, professional singers, songwriters, and musicians. You can sit back and enjoy great food and ‘old timey’ malts & milk shakes while having your favorite songs performed live and up close. There will be a little time to shop the Grand Village before enjoying one of Branson’s Hottest shows, PIERCE ARROW, featuring a cast who brings the audience along with them to enjoy the time of their lives. Dinner will be at Sadie’s Sideboard with an array of home-cooked items on their buffet. You are in for an amazing experience this evening with the spectacular extravaganza of elegant eastern dance, dazzling acrobatics, mystical music during the ACROBATS OF CHINA featuring the New Shanghai Circus.
Saturday, Oct 8- after breakfast, we’ll board our motorcoach for our trip to Little Rock and our flight home. We will arrive back in San Antonio at 7:20 PM on Southwest Airlines. Please arrange for your transportation home.
