There is a tremendous peace and power in knowing your place and purpose in Jesus Christ. It is our prayer that you find that peace and power in Cornerstone's Youthfire Youth Service, a place where you can discover purpose, be challenged, strengthened and inspired to pursue a personal relationship with Jesus. There are so many parts to the youth ministry here, whether it is Youthfire, Youthfire Jr., Cell Groups, Encounters, or Camps, there is always a place for you or your young person to be involved.

The Youth Firehouse is an awesome place for fellowship; it consists of X-Boxes, Playstation 2's, arcade games, pool tables, Youthfire Café Coffee House, live bands and lots more! We open the Firehouse every Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. for all of Youthfire to come in and just hang out before service. At 7:00 p.m. service kicks off with awesome praise and worship that leads us into the presence of God. Following worship we have a life-changing, powerful message from the word of God. After service we open the Firehouse where there is an awesome live band playing on the Firehouse stage, coffee being made, and games being played all around! This is such a great time to bring your friends and every young person you know to come have a blast and fellowship with young people from all around the city that love Jesus.

Wednesday night service is not the only time you can get involved at Youthfire. You don't want to miss cell groups. Cell groups are the vision of Cornerstone Church, "Souls and Cells". Cells are smaller groups that will give you the opportunity to meet and build strong personal Christian relationships with other teenagers of Cornerstone Church and the San Antonio area. There is a cell group taking place every night of the week and in all areas of San Antonio. Cell groups are designed to teach the Word of God and provide you with an opportunity to make friends and to grow together spiritually. Youthfire Jr. is our Junior High Ministry that takes place on Sunday Evenings in the gym, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Youthfire Jr. is much like Youthfire, but it is directly targeted to youth in 6th-8th grade. LC Rooms 5 and 6 are packed full of pool tables, arcade games, big screen TV's, and much more. At 7 our Youthfire Jr. band takes the stage and leads us into extravagant praise and worship, we will then have a powerful message from the word of God that is impacting to this group. We also have many trips Youthfire Jr is a part of such as; Laser Quest, Bowling, Ice Skating, Lock-Ins, Jr. High Camps and tons more! Youthfire Jr. is an awesome opportunity for your Junior High student to have an uncompromising walk with the Lord at a very young age!

Last but not least, you need to know about all the awesome events and trips Youthfire has to offer. It doesn't matter what time of year it is, there is always something happening. Summers are filled with trips to Dallas, Fiesta Texas, Sea World and Astroworld. One of the biggest events of the year is National Youth Camp that is held in mid summer on the beautiful beaches of South Padre Island, Texas. There are also occasional hamburger bashes, concerts, lock-ins, ski trips, paintball and X Box tournaments. One of our main focuses are two important retreats called: Encounter and Re-Encounter weekends. These 3-4 day get-aways will change your life forever, giving you an intense encounter with the powerful presence of God and teaching you how to live a victorious Christian life daily!
