Peggy Mawyer
Director of Early Childhood Education 

Peggy has served at Cornerstone Church for 22 years, first in the youth department then in the area of early childhood and children’s ministries.  Peggy is certified by the State of Texas as a Childcare Administrator.  The areas of ministry Peggy oversees are Early Childhood Ministries, Mother’s Day Out, and Employee Daycare. 

Peggy has been extensively trained in the areas of early childhood behavior, special education, emotional development, classroom environment, positive family relationships, health and safety standards, and more.  

Peggy enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, Reagan, Lincoln, and Tripp. 

Since she first began serving at Cornerstone Church, Peggy has maintained a passion for revealing the good news of God’s word to the young children who enter the doors of the church!
