BENJAMIN
Gen 49:27: Benjamin shall ravin as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey,
and at night he shall divide the spoil.
Deut 33:12: Of Benjamin he said: "The beloved of the LORD shall dwell in safety by
Him, Who shelters him all the day long; And he shall dwell between His shoulders."
Dr. Ike and Vicki Pauli
Tribe Leaders for Benjamin:
Vicki and I have come from completely different backgrounds and locations as she
was raised the middle child of 5 in a Godly home in Kenosha Wisconsin. Vicki was
saved at 4 years old and by 6 years of age was baptized in the Holy Spirit. She
grew up in her church, very active in puppet, drama, and choir ministries. Though
she comes from a Pentecostal background, she broke the mold by competing in the
Miss Kenosha Scholarship Pageant and winning in 1981. She also placed in the top
ten in the Miss Wisconsin Pageant that same year singing Christian songs in her
competitions. She later followed Betty Botz to San Antonio to attend International
Bible College majoring in early childhood ministries. Vicki mentored for years under
Betty Botz and has served in the choir, as Wee Worship Coordinator, Children’s Ministry
Coordinator, as a cell leader for nearly 10 years, and my wife for 21 years. She
has a passion for children and the lost. In her years of service, she has lead thousands
to Christ and has mentored many who still serve in ministry. On the other hand,
I am an only child, born in San Antonio, who comes from a broken home ripped apart
by abuse, sin, and alcoholism. My parents separated by the time I was 3 years of
age, with my mother having 5 abusive and alcoholic marriages since that time. Though
I attended Pastor Hagee’s church on Nacogdoches Road in the early 70’s, I did not
return to the Church until February 15th, 1980 when I gave my heart to Christ. Since
that time, God has taken a mixed up, torn up, and confused teenager and made him
a man of God. Later, God completed me when I met Vicki in January of 1985. Currently,
I am a very busy Pediatrician, husband of over 20 years, and a father of a 17 year
old daughter Paisley who is in her 12th year at Cornerstone Christian School. I
have served as an assistant youth director (5yr.), home minister (5yr.), Cell leader
(~10 yr.), Cornerstone Christian School Board Member (5yr.), and a JHM Television
camera man for 28 years. God has truly joined us from two ends of the Country from
different backgrounds and families to serve our Cornerstone family.
Our ministry begins out of Zebulun, under the direction of Dr. Scott and Sandy Farhart,
beloved friends and mentors for over 15 years. We bring with us several cells of
hard working and committed leaders and people who have led hundreds to Christ, fed
thousands in need, provided school supplies for hundreds of children, have had block
parties, ministered in nursing homes, women’s shelters, to the troops abroad, and
have clothed hundreds of people. It has been and continues to be our passion to
reach the lost, to provide to those in need, and to mentor those who desire a stronger
relationship in Christ. We are the “Can Do” Tribe. Ps 68:27: 27 There is little
Benjamin, their leader, The princes of Judah and their company, The princes of Zebulun
and the princes of Naphtali.
