I grew up in New Mexico and West Texas, the son of a Baptist preacher.
Being a "PK" (preacher's kid) did not mean I was saved nor even pretended to be. It wasn't until I was 20 years old and living as a hippie and as far away from God as I could get that I gave my life to the Lord. Thankfully, we can never get so far away that God can't reach us. I met Karen, who had also been brought up as a Baptist, at the University of Texas - El Paso. We married in 1971 and became part of the Jesus People Movement in the early 70's. We moved to San Antonio in 1980 with our 4 children and in 1982 we began attending The Church of Castle Hills (Cornerstone). It wasn't long before we were serving in the Home Ministry Department, the Children's Ministry and the Music Ministry. We have grown up Spiritually, so to speak, at Cornerstone Church.

I am the President of Moore Erection LP, a steel erection & construction company which I am blessed to own in partnership with another Christian man. I am currently a member of the Church Executive Board and Karen leads the Wednesday morning Ladies Bible Study. We also teach the Covenant Sunday School class together. We enjoy riding our motorcycle with other believers on weekends.

Karen and I know that the Government of 12 is God's plan and we are blessed and honored to lead the Tribe of Ephraim. It is exciting to be a part of what God is doing on the earth – building His church and producing fruit. After all Ephraim means "fruitful".
